应用富血小板血浆联合根面处理促进牙周组织再生的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价应用富血小板血浆联合根面处理促进牙周组织再生的临床效果。方法:将26例患者的26颗Ⅱ°根分叉病变磨牙进行随机分组治疗。对照组14颗患牙施行常规牙周组织引导再生术(Bio-oss骨粉+生物膜);实验组12颗患牙是在对照组手术方法的基础上,先用盐酸米诺环素处理根面1min,生理盐水冲洗后,应用富血小板血浆(PRP)与骨粉混合植入根分叉区,覆盖生物膜。比较两组患牙根分叉病变位点处的治疗前后的探诊深度(PD)、水平探诊深度(HPD)和骨密度(BMD)3项指标。观察时间为术前(基线)、术后3个月和6个月。结果:术后两组患牙根分叉病变位点处的PD、HPD和BMD 3项指标均较基线时有明显改善(P<0.01),且实验组的改善优于对照组,两组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用富血小板血浆联合根面处理能够促进常规牙周再生性手术的临床效果。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of platelet-rich plasma and root surface conditioning in peri- odontal regenerative surgery. Methods： Twenty-six teeth with class Ⅱ furcation involvement from twenty-six pa tients all received therapy randomly. Control group including fourteen teeth received standard guided tissue regener ation （Bio-oss and re-absorbable barrier membrane） ; Experimental group including twelve teeth received platelet -rich plasma and root surface conditioning with hydrochloric acid minocycline plus standard guided tissue regenera tion. We used index below to compare effects of two groups before and after treatment： probing depth（PD）, hori zontal probing depth （HPD） and bone mineral density （BMD）. The observation was preoperative （baseline）, 3 months and 6 months postoperative respectively. Results： There were obvious difference to baseline between two groups for PD, HPD,BMD. Experimental group improved significantly than control group. Conclusion： It can pro mote periodontal tissue regeneration by applying platelet-rich plasma and root surface conditioning.
