摘  要:为调查黑龙江省哈尔滨市周边地区鸡源沙门氏菌分离株的耐药性与致病性和毒力基因的相关性,通过常规分离鉴定和PCR鉴定,获得了44株鸡源沙门氏菌;采用K-B法进行10种抗菌药物的敏感性试验;通过动物致病性试验测定分离株的致病性;应用PCR技术检测位于菌株毒力岛(SPI)和毒力质粒(spv)上共9种毒力基因的携带情况。结果显示,临床分离的44株鸡源沙门氏菌均存在耐药现象,且多重耐药率高达59.1%(26/44);分离菌株均存在不同程度的致病性;致病菌株毒力基因invJ、virK、sipA、ssaB、misL、orf319、pipC的检出率均为100%,sopA基因的检出率为95.5%(42/44),毒力质粒spvC基因的检出率为68.2%(30/44)。结果表明,沙门氏菌的耐药性与致病性呈负相关,菌株的致病性与毒力基因呈正相关,而耐药性与毒力基因之间无明显的相关性。The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of drug-resistance, pathogenicity and virulence genes of Salmonella isolated from chickens around Harbin, Heilongjiang, China. A total of 44 Salmonella species isolated from chickens were obtained by the conventional method and PCR, antibacterial activities of Salmonella isolates were tested using 10 drugs by Kirby-Bauer method,the pathogenicity was determined by animal pathogenicity test,and 9 virulence genes in the Salmonella pathogenic islands(SPIs) and Salmonella plasmid virulence(spv) were detected by PCR, respectively. In results,44 Salmonella isolates showed different drug-resistance spectra and the percentage of multi-drug resistance was up to 59.1 (26/44). There was different pathogenicity of the isolates. The positive rate of virulence genes invJ, virK, sipA,ssaB,misL,orf319 and pipC were 100%, the positive rate of sopA gene 95. 5% (42/44), and spvC gene 68.2% (30/44). These results suggested that resistance of Salmonella was negatively correlated with pathogenicity, virulence genes were positively correlated with pathogenicity, and no significant correlation between resistance and virulence genes.
