摘  要:目的分析脑梗死急性期胃肠功能紊乱的发生情况、相关危险因素。方法收集本院神经内科2008年1月-2012年6月住院的脑梗死急性期病例,观察脑梗死急性期胃肠功能紊乱发生情况以及其相关危险因素。结果共收集脑梗死急性期病例1286例,符合入组条件病例736例,胃肠功能紊乱发生率65%,脑梗死急性期胃肠功能紊乱发生的相关危险因素包括梗死部位即小脑、脑干和丘脑梗死,梗死后神经功能缺损程度以及梗死急性期血糖水平。结论脑梗死急性期存在较高的胃肠功能紊乱发生率,相关危险因素包括丘脑、小脑、脑干梗死、梗死后血糖升高以及脑梗死后神经功能缺损程度。Objective To prospectively observe and analyze risk factors and incidence of gastrointestinal function disorders in the acute cerebral infarction patients. The study provides the basis for the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal function disorders in acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods Risk factors of gastrointestinal function disorders in the acute cerebral infarction patients were investigated by analyzing hospi- talized cases in January 2008 to June 2012. Results The study collected a total of 1286 cases with the acute cerebral infarction, in which 736 cases are in the realm of this study. Gastrointestinal function disorders inci- dence is 65 %. Risk factors of gastrointestinal function disorders are neurological deficit degrees of acute cere- bral infarction, cerebellum infarction, brain stem infarction, thalamus infarction and blood glucose levels in acute stroke phase. Conclusions There is a relation between gastrointestinal function disorders and acute cerebral in- farction. Related risk factors include: neurological deficit degrees and blood glucose levels, cerebellum infarc- tion, brain stem infarction, thalamus infarction.
