高职院校德育模式的新探索——浅析“校”“社”共建德育基地在学生社会责任意识培养中的作用

摘　　要：社会责任意识的培养,一直是高职院校社会主义核心价值体系教育的重要组成部分,而志愿者服务活动作为社会责任意识培养的重要载体。由于没能形成系统有效的活动规划,其在德育方面的作用没能得到充分的发挥。因此,我们探索了将高职院校志愿者服务活动与社区服务相结合,共同建设社区志愿服务基地的新模式。通过将社区作为高校培养社会责任意识的"实训基地",并制定系统的志愿者服务活动规划和管理评价制度,有针对性地引导学生开展社区志愿服务活动,使学生对社会责任意识有深入的理解,最终对社会主义核心价值观有正确、完整、深入的认识。希望本文能对相关方面的研究提供参考。Awareness of social responsibility has been an important part of core value system of socialism in vocational education,and volunteer service activities cultivate awareness of social responsibility as an important carrier.Since the system was not able to form an effective planning of activities,and its role in the moral could not be fully exploited.Therefore,we explored the vocational colleges and community service volunteer service activities combined together to build community volunteer service base the new model.By cultivating community awareness of social responsibility as a ＂training base＂,and to develop systematic volunteer service event planning and management evaluation system,targeted to guide students to volunteer in community service activities,so that students have a deep sense of social responsibility understanding of the core values of socialism ultimately have the correct,complete and in-depth understanding.Hope this can provide references to related research.
