摘　　要：成功恐惧研究内容的丰富和发展是以其测量方法的发展为基础的,其测量方法主要包括两种:投射测验法和自陈量表法。文章从心理测量学的角度概述了青年人群成功恐惧的测量方法及相关研究,同时对这些测量方法的优缺点、改进及发展历程进行了评述,并尝试对青年成功恐惧测量方法的发展方向做相关预测,以期为成功恐惧研究提供借鉴。The development and richness of fear of success research are on the basis of the development of its research methods. Its measuring methods mainly include two types： projective test method and self- report scale method. The present article summarized measuring methods and relevant research of fear of success of youth from the perspective of psychometrics, and made some comments on the advantages and disadvantages of these fear of success research methods as well as their improvements and developments, in addition, try to predict the development direction of the research methods, in order to provide reference for measurement study of fear of success.
