摘 要:分析项目型组织知识流动的两种模式,针对项目型组织知识冲突与共享悖论,引入和谐管理理论界定了项目型组织知识和谐性概念。在此基础上,将项目型组织知识和谐分为组织与个人知识和谐、个人与个人知识和谐两类,以个人与项目型组织的知识存量变化作为研究这项目型组织和谐性的切入点,基于Logistic模型建立了项目型组织知识和谐共生模型及稳定性算法。最后仿真模拟了组织与个人、个人与个人知识存量变化趋势,提出相应的策略以保证项目型组织的知识和谐共生。The two modes of project- oriented organization knowledge flows were analyzed, in order to address the knowledge conflicts and sharing paradox of project-oriented organization. The harmonious management theory was introduced to define the concept of knowledge har- monious of the project-oriented organization. Project organizational kno,21edge harmony was broken down into two categories:the harmony between individual and organizational knowledge, individuals with personal knowledge harmony. Changes in the stock of knowledge of the per- sonal and project - oriented organization are used as entry point for research on both types of harmony. Knowledge harmonious algorithm of organization and individual, personal and individual were established based on the Logistic model. At last, by simulation of knowledge stock trends of the individual and organization, individual and personal, the appropriate policies were made to ensure that the project - oriented organization knowledge harmonious.
