摘 要:以杨家湾船闸为对象,进行了内河船闸结构运营安全监测评估系统研究.包括监测测点布置、数据采集与处理系统构成、运营预警与安全评估方法研究.根据内河航道通航特点以及船闸结构特点,给出了船闸结构性能监测参数统计预报模型.基于层次分析法,建立了船闸结构综合评估模型,给出了安全性、耐久性、适用性评估的主要控制项及权重指标.River lock is a widely used navigation structure in hydro project. This paper toke Yangjiawan ship lock as an example and analyzed the main damage of river lock structures. Combining the On-line automatic detection and manual inspection, the structural safety monitoring system was researched. Which contains the choice of monitoring programs, measuring point position, the content of the manual inspection , the composition of data acquisition and transportation system and so on. According to the characteristic of inland channel and river lock structure, data query and management subsystem, monitoring and warning subsystem were researched, and the forecast model of lock structures based on the statistical monitoring parameters was given. Based on analytic hierarchy process, the comprehensive assessment model of the ship lock structure was established, and the main controls and weight indicators of security, durability and applicability were given.
