交通事故中颅脑外伤所致智能损害的鉴定资料分析  被引量:3

摘  要:目的:探讨交通事故所致颅脑外伤后智能损害鉴定中真实和非真实存在智能损伤二者之间的差异以及鉴定特征。方法:回顾434例鉴定资料,收集人口学信息、物理检查结果及智商、记忆量表得分,按鉴定结论是否真实存在智能损伤分为真实组和非真实组。将两组数据进行比较并以组别为自变量进行Logistic回归分析。结果:在434例鉴定案例中,真实组143例,占32.9%,非真实组291例,占67.1%;两组在年龄(t=2.533,P=0.012)、受教育年限(t=-5.604,P=0.000)、有无固定工作(χ2=13.789,P=0.000)、颅脑损伤部位数(χ2=26.636,P=0.000)、有无出血(χ2=17.681,P=0.000)、脑电图异常程度(χ2=13.002,P=0.002)、智商(t=-6.965,P=0.000)以及记忆(t=-4.430,P=0.000)等方面差异均存在统计学意义。除记忆测验结果外,智商、颅脑损伤部位数、脑电图异常程度及有无出血进入回归方程。结论:非真实智能损伤的被鉴定者颅脑外伤的严重程度较低,同时经济条件可能较差;鉴定者在鉴定时应结合智商测验及损伤的严重程度得出结论。Objective: The study is to investigate the difference between patients with real intelligence damage and patients with non-real intelligence damage after brain injury, due to traffic accidents, and to explore the characteristics of appraisal of intelligence damage. Method: The appraisal data consist of 434 patients from historical cases,including demographic itffurmation, physical examination and the scores of scale in intelli- gence and memory. The patients were divided into two groups based on the appraisal results ( real group, non-re- al group). These data were compared in two groups anti analyzed with Logistic regression. Results: 143 (32.9%)of 434 patients had intelligence damage and 291 (67. 1% ) patients did not. There were signifi- cant differences in age ( t = 2. 533, P = 0.012), educational level( t = - 5. 604, P = O. 000 ), with permanent job ( x2 = 13. 789,P = 0. 000), the numbers of lobes in brain injury ( X2 = 26. 636, P = 0. 000), with bleeding status ( X2 = 17.681, P = 0. 000 ), electroencephalogram ( EEG ) ( X2 = 13. 002, P = 0. 002 ), intelligence quotient ( IQ ) ( t = - 6. 965,P = 0. 000), as well as the memory ( t = - 4. 430, P = 0. 000) between two groups. Logistic re- gression analysis result showed that except memory scure, IQ, the numbers of lobes in brain injury, EEG, and bleeding status were entered into the Logistic regression equation. Conclusion:Patients who did not have real intelligence damage may suffer lighter brain injury and have less financial income. Appraisers should consider the results of IQ tests and severity of brain injury together for judgment.
