摘  要:目的探讨高压氧治疗对脊髓损伤大鼠心肌细胞病理形态的影响。方法 40只大鼠随机分为治疗组(包括两个亚组:nHBO组和sHBO组)和对照组(包括两个亚组:正常组和SCI组),用改良的Allen's法将sHBO组和SCI组的大鼠制成T8~9急性脊髓损伤模型,对照组仅饲养不做高压氧处理,治疗组行高压氧治疗;14次高压氧治疗后,取出各组大鼠心脏制作病理切片,观察心肌的显微结构。结果高压氧治疗的脊髓损伤大鼠与对照组脊髓损伤大鼠心肌显微结构对比可见,其细胞膜较光滑,肌丝排列更规则,心肌组织,肌节、细胞核和间质结构更均匀、清晰。结论高压氧治疗对脊髓损伤后大鼠继发性心肌细胞损伤的病理形态有修复作用。Objective To explore the influence of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the morphology ofcardio- myocytes in rats with spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods Forty SD rats were divided randomly into the following groups: treatment group (nHBO group and sHBO group) and the control group (normal group and SCI group). In sH- BO group and SCI group, the rats were made into T^9 acute spinal cord injury model with a modified Allen's method. The mice in the control group were given no hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and the treatment group applied hyperbaric oxygen therapy. After 14 times of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the rat heart was removed for making pathological sec- tions to observe the microscopic structure of the myocardium. Results According to the comparison on the micro- scopic structure of the myocardium in acute spinal cord injury model rats treated by hyperbaric oxygen therapy and the control rats, the cell membranes of the former were relatively smooth, and the myofilaments were arranged more regularly. Besides, The myocardial tissue, sarcomere, the nucleus and interstitial structure were more uniform and clear. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has a reparative effect on the pathological morphology of secondary myocardial injury in SCI rats.
