摘　　要：目的调查末期癌症患者自杀意念、社会支持度、心理抑郁状况,分析其自杀的可能原因,为预防癌症患者自杀提供参考。方法用Beck自杀意念量表(SSI)、社会支持评定量表(SSQ)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和自行设计的自杀原因问卷调查38例末期癌症患者。结果 38例末期癌症患者最近一周自杀意念总评分为(3.95±2.92)分,最消沉和最忧郁时自杀意念评分为(6.68±4.25)分,28.9%曾有自杀意念;38例末期癌症患者SSQ、HADS、SDS评分分别为(37.18±5.73)分、(2.99±2.14)分和(49.55±7.62)分;疾病自身的症状、患者心理变化、社会(家属)支持度、疾病医疗费用等都是导致患者自杀的可能原因。结论末期癌症患者有较高的自杀意念和较低的社会支持度,并存在较为严重的抑郁心理,应注意预防其自杀。Objective To investigate suicidal ideation and social support of terminal cancer patients and ex- plore possible causes in order to prevent suicide. Methods Thirty-eight terminal cancer patients were investigated by scale for suicide ideation （SSI）, social support questionnaire （SSQ） and self-designed questionnaire for suicide ide- ation cause. Results The scores of SSI in past week and in most depressed period were （3.954-2.92） and （6.684-4.25） respectively, and 28.9% patients were found with suicide ideation. The score of SSQ, HADS and SDS was （37.18± 5.73）, （2.99±2.14） and （49.55±7.62）, respectively. Physiological pain of disease, psychological status of patient, social support and medical fee were possible reasons of suicide. Conclusion Terminal cancer patients have high suicide ideation, low social suooort, and severe depression mentality, it is necessary to attach importance to suicide prevention.
