摘  要:目的分析我院食源性疾病监测工作数据和管理方法,进一步规范和强化监测工作,为上级疾控部门监测分析和管理提供科学依据。方法对2010-2012年三年的食源性疾病监测数据进行分析和对比;完善和制定措施、操作流程,明确责任和监测范围、监测对象,明确工作任务,加强采样技能培训。结果通过三年的监测显示,2010年阳性株4例,采样阳性率为4.08%,2011年阳性株11例,采样阳性率为7.43%,和上年比较差异有统计学意义;2012年阳性株6例,采样阳性率为1.26%,和上年比较采样质量显著下降。结论采样阳性率直接反应食源性疾病的监测质量,因此只有提高监测意识、严格掌握采样病例诊断标准,掌握正确的采样方法和技能,才能确保监测效果。Objective To analyze surveillance data and management methods of hospital foodbome disease, so as to further standardize and strengthen monitoring work in order to provide scientific basis of monitoring analysis and management for the higher disease control departments. Methods The 2010-2012 foodborne disease surveil- lance data was analyzed and compared. Efforts were taken to improve and develop measures and operational process- es, clear responsibilities, scope of monitoring, and monitoring objects, definite woke task and strengthen the sampling skills training. Results Through three years of monitoring, results showed that there were four eases of positive strains in 2010 (with the positive rate of 4.08%), 11 eases of positive strains in 2011 (7.43%), with statistically significant difference between the two years. There were six cases of positive strains in 2012, with the positive rate of 1.25%, which was significantly lower than that of the last year. Conclusion The positive rate of sampling directly indicates the surveil- lance quality of foodbome disease. In order to ensure the monitoring results, we should improve the awareness of monitor- ing, strictly control the sampling diagnostic criteria, and master the correct sampling methods and skills.
