摘　　要：目的:探讨应用Osteoset人工骨修复下颌智齿拔除后骨缺损的效果。方法:对11例患者(12个牙位)施行了Osteoset人工骨充填于下颌智齿拔除后和肿瘤手术后颌骨缺损区,观察1年后的骨生成效果。结果:术后平均骨生成高度约为6.12mm。阻生智齿所致术后骨缺损骨生成高度约为4.60mm。结论:应用Osteoset人工骨修复下颌智齿拔除后骨缺损,临床成骨效果满意,较目前应用的其他方法有明显优势。Objective：To explore the application of 0steoset artificial bone repair bone defect after the removal of the impacted mandibular wisdom tooth. Methods：l lcases of patients （12 digits） was given the 0steoset artificial bone in the removal mandibular wisdom tooth after filling and jaw bone defect after tumor surgery, bone formation effect observation after one year was made.Results：The height of theaverage bone formation of about 6.12 mm. Impacted wisdom teeth postoperative bone defect caused by bone height is about 4.60 mm.Conclusion：Application ＇of Osteoset artificial bone repair bone defect after the removal of mandibular wisdom tooth proves satisfactory clinical osteogenesis effect, the current application of other methods have obvious advantages.
