摘 要:目的:建立同时测定活血止痛液中阿魏酸和咖啡酸含量的HPLC方法。方法:采用Inertsil ODS-SP C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(17∶83),流速为1.0 mL· min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为320 nm,进样量为10μL。结果:阿魏酸和咖啡酸与其他杂质峰分离良好。阿魏酸在1.766~35.328μg· mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r =0.9999);咖啡酸在0.835~16.704μg· mL-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9993),阿魏酸和咖啡酸的平均加样回收率分别为100.79%、101.05%,RSD分别为1.73%(n=9)、1.87%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便,测定结果准确,重复性好,可作为活血止痛液的质量控制方法。Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination for the content of ferulic acid and caffeic acid in Huoxuezhitong solution. Methods:Inertsil ODS-SP C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm) was used for separation. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid solution (17∶83) at the lfow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 30℃. The detection wavelength was 320 nm, and the injection volume was 10μL. Results:The calibration curves of ferulic acid and caffeic acid were linear in the range of 1.766-35.328μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 9) and 0.835-16.704μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 3), respectively. The average recovery of ferulic acid was 100.79%with RSD of 1.73%(n=9). The average recovery of caffeic acid was 101.05%with RSD of 1.87%(n=9). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Huoxuezhitong solution.
