摘　　要：目的探讨家庭功能、健康危险行为等因素共同对高中学生自杀意念的影响。方法分层整群随机抽取上海市某区两所全日制高中一年级和高中二年级的950名学生进行自杀意念流行现况调查。主要调查内容有无生活事件,是否吸烟、近1年内多次饮酒、网瘾、是否受到过伤害(欺负与被欺负、自伤等)等健康危险行为;用Beck抑郁问卷、焦虑自评量表、家庭功能量表等进行评估。结果自杀意念的检出率为14.7%,多因素Logistic回归表明,性别(OR=1.455)、抑郁(OR=3.445)、焦虑(OR=1.048)、有无生活事件(OR=1.794)、网瘾(OR=2.208)、近半年内是否受伤害(OR=1.660)为高中生自杀意念的危险因素;而家庭功能中总的功能(OR=0.453)、沟通(OR=0.766)、情感介入(OR=0.383)可能是自杀意念的保护因素。结论有必要建立以学校为基础,家庭积极参与,对易感人群开展早期心理干预的预防模式,促进学生心理健康发展,减少自杀行为发生。Objective To explore effects of family function and health risk behavior on suicide idea in college students. Methods Questionnaire surveys were conducted among 950 students in grade 10, 11 in Putuo district, Shanghai by using Beck Depression Inventory（BDI）, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）, Family Assessment Device （FAD）： The main survey content for the stress of adolescent live events, smoking, alcohol consumption, Internet addiction, hurt（such as bullying and be bullied, auto lesion） and other risk behaviors. Results Altogether 14.7% of the adolescents in grade 10, 11 in Putuo district were inclined to commit suicide. The sex（OR= 1.455）, depression（OR=3.445）, anxiety（OR= 1.048）, life events（OR=1.794）, internet addiction（OR=2.208）, hurt（OR=1.660） were risk factors; while the family function（OR=0.453）, communication（OR=0.766）, emotional involvement （OR=0.383） of the FAD were protect factors. Conclusion To improve the psychological health of adolescents, reduce the incidence of suicidal behavior, it＇s necessary to establish on the basis of school, family actively participated in prevention of early Psychological Intervention on the susceptible population patterns.
