摘 要:对于美国MIL-HDBK一338手册中有关"效能"中的"能力"参数,解读为以概率表达的性能参数,由性能设计实现,与RMS设计无直接关联。指出"效能"中的战备完好率框架模型是不正确的,无法用增添备件保障因子进行修正,也不能用修正的使用可用度替代战备完好率。For the parameters related to effectiveness in Mil-hdbk-883, the " ability" is interpreted as a performance parameter with probability, which is realized with performance design and have no direct relationship with the RMS design. It is shown that the framework model of the operational readiness in the effectiveness is incorrect and cannot be corrected by adding a spare supportability factor, and the operational readiness cannot be replaced with the corrected operational availability.
