摘 要:目的探讨癫痫大鼠脑内caveolin-1(Cav-1)的表达及分布。方法以氯化锂-匹罗卡品诱发大鼠癫痫发作后1~15d,通过Westernblot及免疫组织化学法检测大鼠脑内Cav-1蛋白的表达。结果大鼠癫痫发作后1d时,海马内Car-1蛋白的表达明显升高,4d时达到最高水平,7d时下降至正常水平;在海马的CA,区、CA,区、齿状回及皮层中呈棕黄色的Cav-1阳性染色颗粒明显增多。结论癫痫发作后1-7d可引起大鼠海马及皮层中Car-1表达增加。Objective To explore the expression of caveolin-1 ( Car-1 ) in the brain of the epileptic rats. Methods The rats were induced seizure by pilocarpine. Then the expression of Cav-1 protein in the brain were detected by Western blot and immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of Cav-1 in CAI , CA3 and the dentate gyrus(DG) of hippocampus and cortex were higher than normal rats at I d after rats status epilepticus. The highest level of Car-1 expression was at 4d, and it decreased to normal level at 7d. Conclusion These results suggest that the expression of Cav-1 was increased in the hippocampus and cortex at 1 -7d on epilepsy' s rats.
