摘 要:采用振荡提取法,研究柠檬酸和皂素对Zn、Pb、Cu复合污染土壤的联合修复作用。结果表明:柠檬酸浓度为40mmol/L,皂素质量分数为3%时,重金属的浸提效果较好。当两者的体积比为1∶5,pH=5时,对重金属Zn、Pb、Cu的浸提率分别可达93.5%,84.8%,33.6%;联合修复效果表现为Zn>Pb>Cu。柠檬酸和皂素的联合作用对重金属Zn、Pb、Cu的化学形态有很大影响。浸提后酸溶态Zn几乎全部去除,氧化态Zn和残渣态Zn含量也减少90%以上;各形态Pb含量均减少;酸溶态Cu含量减少80%,可还原态、可氧化态和残渣态Cu含量没发生太大的变化。By oscillation extraction experiments, the combined remediation of citric acid and saponin in con- taminated soils by Zn, Pb, Cu was studied. The result indicated that extraction efficiency of the heavy metals was better when the concentration of citric acid at 40 mmol/L and mass fraction of saponin at 3%. When the volume ratio of citric acid and saponin was 1 : 5 (pH=5), the removal rates of Zn, Pb, Cu were 93.5%, 84.8% and 33.6%, respectively. The extraction effect of heavy metals was Zn 〉Pb〉Cu. The chemical forms of Zn, Pb and Cu in the soil awfully changed after extraction by citric acid and saponin. Acid soluble form of Zn almost was removed, oxidation and residue forms of Zn reduced by more than 90%. All forms of Pb reduced. Acid soluble form of Cu also reduced by 80%, but residue, oxidation and residue forms did not change too much.
