摘  要:目的探讨血管紧张素原(AGT)基因T174M多态性与脑梗死的关系。方法采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测396例脑梗死患者组和360名正常对照者组的AGT基因174位点的基因型及等位基因的多态性,用全自动生化分析仪测定生化指标。结果脑梗死组AGT基因174位点TM基因型11.3%(45/396)明显高于正常对照者组TM基因型5.8%(21/360),携带TM基因型人群的OR值为2.070;M等位基因频率5.7%(45/792)也显著高于正常对照组2.9%(21/720),相对于T基因,M等位基因的OR值为2.005。病例组中,高血压患者与非高血压患者的基因型频率不同,相对于TT基因型,携带TM基因型的OR值为2.175,相对于T基因,M等位基因的OR值为2.094。结论 AGT基因T174M基因多态性可能与高血压和脑梗死的发病相关联,AGT基因174TM基因型和M等位基因可能为脑梗死的易患因素。[Objective] To study the relationship between the gene polymorphisma of angiotensinogen (AGT) gene T174M and cerebral infarction. [Methods] Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) was used to detected the gene polymorphisms of AGT gene 174 site in 396 cerebral infarction patients and 360 normal controls. Biochemical index of GLU was detected by auto-chiemical analyzer. [ Results ] AGT gene 174T1" genotypic (88.4%), TM genotypic (11.3%)(OR=2.070) and M allele (5.7%) in cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in normal control group(OR=2.005). The morbidities of EH were different between two gene types, the morbidity of EH was higher in TM type than the TT type. [Conclusions] AGT gene 174TM Gene type has some relation of Essential Hypertension,AGT gene 174TM Gene type and M allele may be susceptible factots.
