摘  要:以环境库兹涅茨理论为基础,通过对广州市1981—2011年的经济发展与废水排放相关数据进行分析,建立了广州市经济增长与废水排放的环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)计量模型。结果表明:广州市废水排放总量与人均GDP的拟合反映出显著的EKC曲线特征。随着广州市产业结构的优化升级,工业废水排放量逐渐下降。随着城市人口的增加及居民生活水平的提高,生活污水排放量却大幅上升,逐渐成为威胁水体特别是河涌环境的主要污染源。总体上,广州市经济发展对水环境的污染有降低的趋势,有望在未来实现经济增长与环境保护的协调发展。With the rapid economic development, resource and environmental pollution problems have gradually become the focus of attention, limited resources and environment' s importance gaining more and more attention. The paper analysis relationship of economic development and wastewater discharges in Guangzhou from 1981 to 2011. Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) econometric mode of economic growth and waste water in Guangzhou was established. The results showed that: Guangzhou waste water emissions and GDP per capita' s fitting curves reflect significant EKC. There is a trend of improvement. With the economic development and industrial structure ulrgrading, industrial waste water emissions shows a downward trend. But the sewage emissions has increased significantly because urban population growth and improvement of living standards. It has a growing influence to stream water qtiality. Guangzhou economic and water environment is going on the track of sound progress. Its expected to achieve the coordinated development of economy and environment in the future.
