摘  要:目的综合评价我国大学生营养健康教育效果,为大学生营养教育干预策略的选择提供依据。方法采用"营养"、"教育"、"大学生","营养"、"大学生"和"营养教育"、"学生"3种词条组合方式,分别计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国学术期刊网全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库、万方数据库等;并以nutrition、education、Chinese college student/Chinese undergraduate随机组合的方式检索PubMed数据库来收集文献,利用Review Manager软件对经检索筛选后纳入的有关大学生营养健康教育干预的文献进行综合定量分析。结果经过对纳入的12篇文献进行Meta分析,营养健康教育后,大学生的营养知识得分平均提高7.61分。对文献进行分层分析发现,营养知识的测试总分高者,平均分差值更大;干预方式多样化,干预效果更好;干预时间长,营养知识得分较高。由漏斗图可见,文献存在一定的发表偏倚。结论开展营养教育对提高我国大学生营养相关知识有较好的效果。Objective To evaluate the effects of nutritional education among Chinese college students and to provide evi- dence-based nutritional education strategies. Methods The online database including CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang data were searched with keywords "nutrition" , "education", "college student/undergraduate" in Chinese. Also we searched on PubMed with "nutrition" , "education" , "Chinese college student/undergraduate" in English. A total of 12 studies regarding nutritional educa- tion intervention among Chinese college students with Review Manager Software. Results Nutritional knowledge score in college students was higher in intervention group than that control students, with the average increase about 7.61 points. Further analysis found that the longer and the diversification of the nutritional education, the better knowledge score students performance. The pub- lication bias was found by funnel-plot. Conclusion Nutritional education has positive effects on nutrition related knowledge among college students in China.
