摘 要:某型火箭发射塔架摆杆系统在展开过程中出现展开速度不均匀的现象,为研究塔架摆杆系统的柔性特性对其展开的影响,采用Pro/E软件对塔架进行实体建模,运用ADAMS及Patran/Nastran,分别采用了刚性体和柔性体两种不同的方法对摆杆展开过程进行了仿真分析,并单独考虑了摆杆系统两个主要部件的柔体特性对于其展开的影响。结果表明,柔性特性对塔架摆杆系统摆开过程中的速度不均有一定影响,而其两部分主要柔性部件对于其展开时的影响也有很大差异,表现为主轴的柔性是整个柔性摆杆系统出现速度波动的主要影响因素。A type of rocket Launcher tower pendulum system occurs the phenomenon of uneven speed during its process of open ing. In order to analyze the influence on its opening process by flexible features, Pro/E is used to establish the model of rocket launch tower pendulum system. With the use of ADAMS and Patran/Nas tran, the rigid-body model and the flexible-body model was simula ted. The impact of the flexible characteristics on the two main com ponents of the flexible-body model ( one is the spindle and the other is the horizontal pendulum) for its opening process was considered separately. The results showed that the flexible features of the tower pendulum system has some certain influences on its uneven opening speed, and its flexible components' influence on the pendulum sys tem's vibration are quite different from each other, the impac.t of the spindle's flexibility is greater than the horizontal pendulum's.
