摘　　要：开发一款用于微波电路三维集成的辅助设计软件,能实现对微波集成电路基础元件的分析、综合以及微波传输线多层过渡结构的编辑、设计,操作简便。利用MFC AppWizard的对话框应用程序实现软件框架,采用Visual C++6.0平台编程实现用户交互界面,采用C++语言编程定义消息响应函数实现计算模块,借助Visual Basic 6.0的Microsoft Chart Control控件编程实现后处理模块。最后以两个实例验证了软件设计的正确性。An aided design software is developed for three-dimensional integration of microwave circuits. It can achieve the analysis and synthesis of the basic components of integrated microwave circuits, as well as the edit and design of muhilayer transition structures of microwave transmission lines, it operates simple. The software framework is realised by dialog box application program MFC AppWizard, and the user interaction interface is realised by Visual C ＋＋ 6.0 programming. The calculation module is realised by message response function in C ＋ ＋ , and the post-processing data module is realised by Microsoft Chart Control in Visual Basic 6.0. Two examples verifying the correctness of the software are offered in end of the paper.
