煤矿企业应急管理脆弱性评价模型的研究

摘　　要：在对煤矿企业应急管理相关理论和脆弱性评价详细分析的基础上,通过考虑影响煤矿企业应急管理脆弱性评价的灰色、模糊因素,构建煤矿企业应急管理脆弱性评价模型。应用层次分析法和评价灰类的有机结合,确定各级脆弱性指标的具体权重,并分析了各级脆弱性指标在系统脆弱性中所占比重,最终求出该煤矿企业综合脆弱性指数,进而运用Logistic模型,得到煤矿企业应急管理脆弱性指数与煤矿突发事件严重程度的关系。The article builds vulnerability assessment model d coal mine enterprise emergency management by considering the grey, fuzzy influence factors of the assessment, on the basis of a detailed analysis of the related theory and vulnerability assessment of emergency management for coal mining enterprises. The weight and the proportion of vulnerability index is determined by using the combination of AHP and grey evaluation, then the mine enterprise comprehensive vulnerability index is work out. Thereby, we use the Logistic model to find out the relationship between the vulnerability index of emergency mangerment of coal mining enterprises and the severity of mine emergencies.
