摘　　要：根据医学院校体育教育新要求和新发展的需要,在厘清价值取向和体育课程价值取向的概念和内涵的基础上,分析目前高等医学院校体育公选课的价值取向、存在的主要问题及影响因素,探讨符合医学院校特点的体育公选课价值取向,为医学院校体育公选课体系的构建奠定基础。According to the new requirements and development of sports education in medical colleges and universities,on the basis of clarifying the concept and the connotation of value orientation and the sports courses value orientation,this analyzies the value orientation,the main problems and the influencing factors of sports public elective courses in medical colleges and universities. Explore the courses value orientation according to the characteristics of medical colleges and universities,and lay the foundation for the construction of sports elective system in medical colleges and universities.
