黄石市野生蔬菜资源调查及其开发利用

摘　　要：调查黄石市存在的的野生蔬菜资源,共计101种,隶属57科97属。从植物习性、生境、食疗价值、食用方法等方面,介绍了黄石市民常食的15种野生蔬菜。鉴于黄石市野生蔬菜资源利用现状和存在的问题,提出了野生蔬菜资源合理开发利用的建议。The wild vegetable resources in Huangshi city were investigated in this paper ,there are 101 species that they belong 57 families and 97 genera .The fifteen species of the wild vegetable that they were usually eated were reported from the plant habit,habitat,healthcare value and eating methods .According to the utilization status and problem of the wild vegetable re-sources in Huangshi city ,the effective suggestion of reasonable exploitation and utilization was presented .
