摘　　要：针对当前船舶与海洋工程专业人才培养现状,提出了以市场需求为导向,以产学研合作为途径,以全面提高学生工程实践能力为目标的创新人才培养模式。并分别从专业定位、师资队伍、理论教学体系与实践教学体系、产学研合作等方面开展探索与实践。According to the current status of ship and ocean engineering specialized talent training, it is pointed out to put market demand as the guidance, to take the manufacture- learning- research cooperation as the approach, to improve students＇ profes- sional quality and cultivate and the innovative ability as the aim. The exploration and practice about the theory of professional ori- entation, the teaching team, the teaching system, the practice system and the manufacture - learning - research cooperation were carried out respectively.
