高校危机管理存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：当前,高校危机突发事件频发已引起社会各界的广泛关注。高校危机管理存在的主要问题表现在学生危机意识较弱、学校危机管理滞后以及政府对高校危机管理的立法、监督力度不够等方面。因此,高校应坚持"以学生为本"的理念,做好学生的心理危机预防,并进一步加强和完善危机预警机制建设,同时政府相关部门应建立健全高校危机管理的法律制度并监督其实施,以便更好的保护师生安全,构建和谐校园。The University Crisis Emergency has been concerned by all over the society. The main problems of University Crisis Manage- ment were involved in a weaker sense of crisis, a lag Crisis management System, inadequate legislation and supervision and so on. Therefore, universities should insist on the concept of ＂student-centered＂, Enhance the crisis prevention of students＇ psychological and then make a further step to strength and improve the crisis warning mechanisms. In order to protect the safety of teachers better and build a harmonious campus, relevant government departnents should establish and improve the legal system of university crisis management and monitor the implementation.
