基于波特五力模型的图书馆竞争力问题研究

摘　　要：社会经济、技术、文化、科研、教育的不断发展对图书馆提出同步发展的要求。在信息技术与知识经济不断发展的背景下，尤其是数字化与网络化的推动与影响，不但挑战图书馆的数字化处理能力，也衍生出人力、物力及空间等多种问题，“图书馆消亡论”一直不绝于耳。虽然图书馆不是企业，但图书馆也存在着一定的竞争，因此，按照“波特五力”的框架．对图书馆竞争力问题进行分析，并提出了图书馆应加强内涵建设从整体上提升图书馆的服务质量以及建立以读者满意度为关键指标的图书馆服务质量评价体系等建议。The library is asked for synchronous development with the continuous development of the social economy, technology, culture, scientific research and education. Although the library is not a company, but the library faces certain competition also. After analyzing the competitiveness of library based on Porter＇ s model, the suggestions were proposed. Firstly, the library should strengthen the construction of connotation to improve the quality of service. Secondly, the hbrary should build service quality evaluation system with the key index of readers＇ satisfaction, and so-on.
