摘  要:目的研究大蒜素对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的急性肺损伤(ALI)大鼠肺组织中水通道蛋白(AQP)-1表达的变化,探讨AQP-1表达与ALI的关系。方法 30只SD大鼠随机分为LPS组、大蒜素组和对照组,每组10只,在用药后6 h检测肺组织AQP-1表达情况。结果与对照组比较,LPS组AQP-1蛋白和mRNA表达明显降低,大蒜素干预后AQP-1蛋白和mRNA表达明显上升。结论大蒜素可能通过抑制LPS诱导的大鼠肺组织AQP-1表达的降低达到改善ALI的作用。Objective: To study the effect of allicin on expression of AQP-1 in the pulmonary tissues of mice with acute lung injury induced by lipopolysaceharide. Methods: 30 healthy SD mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: LPS group,allicin group and control group. ALI model was induced with LPS in all the LPS groups.Re- M-time PCR was used to observe the expression changes of AQP-1. Immunohistochemical method were used to determine the changes of AQP-1 protein in the pulmonary tissues of all the animals. Results: Compared with control group,the expression of AQP-1 were decreased in LPS group (P〈0.05). After interfered with allicin,the expression of AQP-1 were increased (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Alliein can improve the pulmonary injury,and it may be related to allicin can inhibit the lower expression of AQP-1 in lipopolysaccharide-induced rats
