摘　　要：目的:探讨铸造桩核冠一体修复牙合龈距离过短磨牙残根残冠的临床效果。方法:对43例经完善根管治疗的磨牙残根、残冠,且牙合龈距离过短(﹤3 mm)的病例,用铸造桩核冠一体修复并随访观察。结果:对43颗患牙跟踪随访1年,除1颗于修复后半年根折而拔除外,其余均能正常行使功能,修复体无松动脱落,成功率达97.67%。结论:应用铸造桩核冠一体修复牙合龈距离过短磨牙残根残冠,可以获得良好的临床效果,是一种操作简便、美观实用的修复方法。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of integrative cast post-core crown in repair of molar residual root and crown with very short occlusogingival distance.Methods： Cast post-core crown repair technique was used in 43 cases of molar residual roots and crowns with very short occlusogingival distance（ 〈3 mm） after the root canal therapy.All pa-tients were followed up for the outcomes.Results： One year follow-up of the 43 patients （ 43 teeth ） showed that the tooth function was recovered without any loose or break-off except for one failure of prosthesis,which led to successful rate of 97.67%.Conclusion： Application of cast post-core crown to repairing molars residual root and crown with very short oc-clusogingival distance can achieve better clinical effects ,and appears sim-ple performance,domestic results and practical dental work.
