摘　　要：结合中国热带农业科学院的职能定位和科研工作实际,分析预算执行管理中存在的问题,从预算编制、资金监管、信息预警、人员培训等方面,提出强化预算执行管理的建议,以促进该院进一步提高预算执行管理水平和能力。According to the position functions and the actual research work of CATAS, analyzed the budget execution management problems from the budgeting, monitoring, early warning information, personnel training and other aspects, proposed to strengthen budget execution management. Promoted the budget execution management level and ability in CATAS.
