海南豇豆中有机磷农药残留的累积性暴露评估

摘　　要：根据2011-2012年海南省豇豆农药的监测数据，分析有机磷农药的残留情况．并根据中国不同人群的摄入量和体重数据，采用分布点评估的方法，对豇豆中的有机磷农药残留进行了膳食暴露评估。结果表明．若长期食用的豇豆中含有机磷农药残留超过该监测数据的95^th和99^th百分位点时，风险在可接受范围．若农残超过99．9“百分位点时，4～6岁、7～11岁年龄组存在不可接受的风险。The present study has analyzed four kinds of organophosphorus pesticides on cowpea from four cities in Hainan province. Based on the data of organophosphorus pesticide residues and the intake information of civil citizens, the cumulative exposure assessment has carried out. The result shows that the estimated exposure at 95th and 99th were acceptable. While the exposure at 99.9th for children aged 4-6 and 7-11 were above the ADI. Because of the uncertainty in the exposure assessment, the approach of exposure assessment is relative conservative. The result can be used as the reference for the risk management.
