摘　　要：通过对中小型企业财务信息化建设不同模式的分析,指出各种模式的优缺点,提出协同自助模式才是中小型企业最佳财务信息化建设模式。Through analysis on different modes of financial information construction of SMEs, the article points out advantages and disadvantages of those modes, and suggests that cooperative and self-helping mode should be the optimum mode.
