摘　　要：以杭州10家小型翻译公司为对象,从职业技能、个人素质和职业道德三方面对翻译公司所需职业笔译译员素养进行调查,结果显示:职业技能方面,翻译公司要求译员有较强的翻译实践能力,能够精准翻译,并拥有相应资格证书;个人素质方面,翻译公司对相关专业知识、沟通能力、抗压能力等方面提出了较高的要求;职业道德方面,翻译公司要求译员保守秘密,守时并校对译稿。With the assistance of a survey on ten translation companies in Hangzhou, a discussion is made on the requirements for professional translators from three aspects, including professional skills, personal qualities and work ethics.The research findings show that from the aspect of the professional skills, translators are expected to have strong translation competence, to be able to translate in an accurate way, and to possess relevant certificates. As to personal qualities of translators, knowledge of specific areas, skills to communicate and ability to endure stress are greatly valued by the companies. Concerning work ethics, keeping customer or company secrets,having a strong sense of punctuality and doing necessary proofreading are considered essential.
