摘  要:梨形环棱螺是广泛分布于我国东、南部的淡水腹足类动物,由于它能蓄积并耐受一定水平的污染物,所以常用作评价水环境污染状况的指示生物。本文初步研究了不同浓度六氯苯(HCB)(分别为0.0、2.0、4.0、8.0、16.0 mg/L)在不同暴露时间(0-14d)下对梨形环棱螺肝脏和鳃中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽巯基转移酶(GST)活性和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量变化的影响,目的是为研究简单、有效的检测持久性有机污染物毒理效应的生物标志物方法提供基础资料。结果表明:HCB对梨形环棱螺肝脏和鳃中CAT、SOD、GST和GSH均有明显影响。肝脏和鳃组织中的SOD活性总体上表现出暴露初期受诱导而上升,随着暴露时间延长呈现出波动下降趋势。CAT、GSH和GST在暴露前10天内总体上表现出受诱导的趋势,到第14天时,表现为低浓度诱导,高浓度抑制现象。Bellamya purificata, widely distributed in fresh water of eastern and southern China, is a gastropod of family Viviparidae, and is usually used as a bioindicator in the assessment of environmental pollution in aquatic ecosystem for the reason that gastropod can concentrate pollutants and also have the ability to withstanding baseline levels of pollution. The paper presented a preliminary study on the effects of Hexachlorobenzene (HCB) at different concentrations (0.0, 2.0, 4.0, 8.0, 16.0 mg / L) on activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), Glutathione S-transferase(GST) and the content of glutathione (GSH) in livers and gills of B.purificat at different exposure times (0-14d) in vivo in order to develop a simple and effective procedure for determination of toxicological impact of the persistent organic pollutants (POPs) such as HCB at cellular and subcellular levels. The results showed that HCB had significant influence on these biomarkers. The activities of SOD in gills and liver increased on the whole during early days of HCB exposure, and then decreased fluctuant with the further increased exposure time and dosages. Changes of CAT in livers and gills were consistent with that of GST and GSH, which were enhanced during 10-day exposure of HCB. On the 14th day, they were induced at low concentrations of HCB while inhibited at high concentrations of HCB.
