摘　　要：Denonvilliers筋膜是位于直肠前方与泌尿生殖器官后方间的一条菲薄的筋膜，是分隔泌尿生殖器官与直肠的重要屏障。在泌尿生殖系统肿瘤与直肠肿瘤的手术治疗方面具有重要意义。但由于各种原因，关于Denonvilliers筋膜的起源及解剖走行尚存在诸多争议。本文从Denonvilliers筋膜的胚胎学起源、解剖结构、走行、毗邻关系及临床应用等方面进行了综合性描述。Denonvilliers fascia locating between the front of the rectum and urogenital organs is an important barrier separating the urogenital organs and the rectum. It has great significance in the clinical treatment of rectal tumors and genitourinary system tumors. However, controversial on the embryological origins and anatomic characteristics of the Denonvilliers fascias still exist. In this article, the embryonic origin, anatomical structure, adjacent structures and clinical applications of the Denonvilliers fascias were introduced.
