摘　　要：目的建立活血止痛液中阿魏酸的RP-HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用Inertsil ODS-SP C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;柱温：30℃;流动相：乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液（17∶83）,流速：1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长：320 nm。结果阿魏酸在1.77~28.26μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9998）,平均回收率为100.22%,RSD为1.67%（n=9）。结论本方法简便,测定结果准确,重复性好,可用于活血止痛液中阿魏酸的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC quantitative method for the determination of ferulic acid in Huoxuezhitong Solution. Methods An HPLC method was used for determining the content of ferulic acid. The chromatography column was Inertsil ODS-SP C 18（250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 05% phosphoric acid solution（17∶ 83） at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1. The detection wavelength was 320 nm. Results The calibration curve of ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship over the range of 1. 77-28. 26 μg·ml1（r =0. 9998）. The average recovery of ferulic acid was 100. 22% and RSD was 1. 67%（n = 9）. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of ferulic acid in Huoxuezhitong solution.
