摘　　要：目的观察不同年龄段的新生JLN囊炎采用保守治疗和手术治疗的临床效果。方法对年龄≤3个月的患儿88例（126眼）采用保守治疗的泪囊按摩；对年龄〉3个月经保守治疗无效的91例（120眼）则行泪道探通术。结果246眼均治愈，恢复正常的泪道功能。结论保守的泪囊按摩治疗新生儿泪囊炎简单、易行，适合于早期治疗；对按摩无效的3个月以上的患儿可采用泪道探通术，泪道探通术能完全治愈新生儿泪囊炎，且操作时间短，安全性好。Objective To study the clinical effect of conservative treatment and surgical treatment on neonatal dacryocystitis at different ages. Methods 126 eyes of 88 cases of neonatal dacryocystitis youn- ger than 3 months were treated by conservative lacrimal sac massage; 120 eyes of 91 cases of neonatal dacryocystitis elder than 3 months were treated by probing of lacrimal passage. Results All case were cured and recovered to normal lacrimal function. Conclusion Conservative lacrimal sac massage in the treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis is simple and easy, which is suitable for patients younger than 3 months. Probing of lacrimal passage can cure neonatal dacryocystitis elder than 3 months, which has short operation time and good security.
