摘　　要：设(A,α)和(H,β)是Hom-双代数,ω:H(?)A→A(?)H是线性映射,定义了Hom-ω-smash积(A#_ωH,γ),并给出了(A(?)_ωH,γ)是Hom-bialgebra的充要条件.最后,研究了(A(?)_ωH,γ)上的拟三角结构,并给出了它是拟三角Hom-Hopf代数的充要条件.Let （A, α） and （H, β） be Hom-bialgebras and w ： H × A → A × H a linear map. The author introduces a Hom-ω-smash product （Aω, γ） and gives necessary and sufficient conditions for （A ωH, γ ） to be a Hom-bialgebra. The author studies the quasi-triangular structures over Hom-w-smash product Hopf algebras （A ωH, γ ）. The author shows the necessary and sufficient conditions for （A ωH, γ R） to be a quasi-trian-gular Hom-Hopf algebra.
