摘　　要：传统的法学硕士研究生教育伴随着供过于求等因素而出现就业困境。经济金融全球化和后金融海啸时期的商经金融法律实践对复合型法学人才的需求,为法学硕士研究生教育指出了一个改革的方向。我国的法学硕士研究生教育应当顺应国际高等教育改革的经验和潮流,着力与实践相结合,向培养商经金融知识复合型法律人才转向。Accompany with factors such as supplying exceeds demand,the traditional law master postgraduate education has faced with some employment difficulties.The demand for legal talents as the law master graduate students by the financial law practice emerging after the economic and financial globalization and financial crisis period, points out a direction of the reform of law master graduate education. Law master graduate education in our country should keep up with the trend of the international experience of higher education reform, and strive to be combined with practice, to cultivate the legal talents to financial knowledge.
