摘 要:治安学专业本科人才培养目标是依据不同层次教育目的、治安学专业本科教育理念和社会治安需要而提出一种对治安学专业教育活动的预期结果,具有依赖性、先导性、专业性、多样性和相对稳定性等特征;它的制定必须以国家、高等教育、本科教育、专业教育等四个层面的教育目的,以预防功能教育、忠诚教育、人本教育、素质教育、创新教育等为专业教育理念和社会治安需要为依据;治安学专业本科人才培养目标根据不同的层次和类型,基本定位为教学型本科院校,培养的是应用型高素质专门人才,教学研究型本科院校培养的是复合型高素质专门人才,研究型本科院校培养的是拔尖创新型高素质专门人才。Training objectives of public security undergraduates refers to the anticipated results of public security teaching proposed in accordance with the different levels of education goals, the philosophies of public security undergraduate education, and the social demand for public security. They are reliable, primary, diversified, and relatively stable. Their construction should be based on the aims of the four levels of education, namely national level, high educational level, undergraduate level, and professional level. It should also be based on the professional education philosophies, such as preventive function, loyalty, human orientation, quality orientation etc. The training objectives of public security undergraduates generally fall into three categories according to varying levels and kinds. Teaching oriented undergraduate colleges should focus on the training of high-quality experts, teaching and researching combined undergraduate colleges should focus on the training of compound talents, and researching oriented undergraduate colleges should focus on the training of highly creative professionals.
