摘　　要：大学应届毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,而作为"热"专业"冷"就业的法学专业毕业生的就业问题也已经引起社会各界的关注。应届毕业生就业困难的现状是由社会、学校、自身等多方面原因造成的,所以要从多层面采用多手段、利用多渠道加以解决。College students are facing a worsening employment situation,and the problem of law graduates who are professional as a ＂hot＂ but employment as a ＂cold＂ employment has aroused the concerns of the community.Law graduates’ employment difficulties of the present situation are caused by the society,schools and individual reasons,and so on.Therefore,in order to solve the problem,many channels and measures should be adopted.
