摘 要:建筑业劳资纠纷问题由来已久。自2008年新《劳动合同法》出台以来,全国范围的劳资关系有了明显改善,拖欠工资的现象明显减少。但建筑业劳资纠纷高于其他行业,恶性事件居多,占劳资纠纷率比重最大。因此,我国建筑业劳资纠纷的特征及应对建筑业劳资纠纷问题的措施成为重要研究课题。The problem of labor conflict in China' s construction industry is not new. Since the Labor Contract Law was published in 2008, labor relations in China have been improved significantly, and the number of delaying wage payment has been reduced. However, there are more labor conflicts and vicious conflicts in the construction industry. Therefore, the characteristics and countermeasures of labor conflict in China' s construction industry have become an important research project.
