摘　　要：针对企业过程再造中存在的问题 ,深入分析了它与价值工程集成的可能性。分析过程中 ,对企业过程再造和价值工程的关系进行了研究 ,明确了两者的联系与区别 ,揭示了两者集成的基础 ,提出了两者集成的基本思路 。In this paper, the existing problems in Business Process Reengineering(BPR) are pointed out and the possibility of integration of Business Process Reengineering and Value Engineering (VE) is analyzed. The relationship and differences between BPR and VE are studied and differentiated, displaying the foundation for integration of BPR and VE. The main idea of integration of BPR and VE are offered with effective identification between BPR and VE.
