摘 要:基于虚拟样机技术,研究某舰炮抽筒机构过程动力学特性。利用三维设计软件PRO/E建立抽筒机构的实体模型,然后导入到动力学仿真软件ADAMS中,建立抽筒机构的虚拟样机,对抽筒过程进行动力学仿真分析,并把仿真分析结果与实验数据进行对比。结果表明,该样机可行、正确,为火炮的优化设计和实验提供了重要数据,有效缩短了研发周期,降低了成本。The dynamic characteristic of collecting shells process for the navy gun mechanism was studied by virtual prototyping technology. A model simplification of the breech mechanism was built by the three-dimensional design software of PRO/E. Then input it in dynamic simulation software of ADAMS, in this software, a virtual model machine of the artillery system was established, the collecting shells process was simulated in dynamics. Then compare the analysis of simulation result with the experimental data. It turned out that the model machine was workable and right, providing the important data for optimizing the artillery, which shortening the development cycle effectively and saving manufacture funds.
