摘　　要：对广西茉莉花叶的化学成分进行预实验研究。采用化学成分鉴别法分别对广西产茉莉花叶乙醇提取液、水提取液和石油醚提取液进行化学成分预实验。通过预实验,提示广西产茉莉花叶中可能含有黄酮类、酚类、香豆素类、挥发油、植物甾醇、糖类、苷类、鞣质、有机酸、生物碱等化学成分。此试验为进一步进行该植物的生物活性成分研究提供了实验基础。Experimental study on the chemical composition of Guangxi jasmine leaves was conducted. The jasmine leaves were extracted by ethanol, water and petroleum ether in the pre-test for the determination chemical composition. The pre-test suggested that Guangxi jasmine leaves contain flavonoids, phenolic, coumarin, volatile oil, phytosterol, carbohydrates, glycosides, tannin, organic acids, alkaloids and other chemical constituents. This test provided the experimental basis for further studies on the biologically ac- tive constituents of the plant.
