摘 要:根据双酚A在波k276nm处有最大吸收峰的性质,利用紫外分光光度法检测食一5^包装纸中双酚A的迁移量,从而得出双酚A迁移量突增时的具体温度范闭。结果表明:(1)髓蓿温度的升高,食品包装纸中双酚A的迁移量逐渐增加;(2)玻璃纸中双酚A迁移髓突增州的温度范围为50-55℃,纸杯和鸩皮纸的为65--70℃,淋膜纸的为70--75℃:(3)牛皮纸的双酚A迁移量虽最高,但术出现突增现象,该检测方法的线性范围为1~50μg/mL,线性相关系数为0.9999,检测限为0.92μg/mL,回收率为96.5%~111.0%,相对标准偏差≤0.57%(n=3)。此方法操作简便、快速,灵敏度和准确度较高。Bisphenol A (BPA) has a maximum absorption in wavelength of 276 nm. Based on the theory, an ultraviolet spectrophotometry method was used lbr measuring the migration of BPA from food wrapping paper into food, and thus we can find the abrupt change-temperature of BPA. Some valuable results were obtained as follows: (I) The migration of BPA increases gradually with the increase of temperature; (2) The abrupt change-temperature of BPA in glass paper was from 50 ℃ to 55 ℃, that in paper cups and sulphite paper were both from 65 ℃ to 70 ℃, and that in membrane paper was fronl 70 ℃ to 75 ℃. (3) Kraft paper had the highest migration,while it didn't have the phenomenon that the migration of BPA increased abruptly in a certain temperature range. Moreover. the linear range of the method was 1-50 ug/ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999 and a detection limit of 0.92 ug/ml, the recovery rate was between 96.5% and 1 1 1.0%, and the relative standard deviation was less than or equal to 0.57% (n = 3).
