摘　　要：纤维素酶是一种重要的复合酶,在很多领域具有巨大的市场潜力,是四大工业酶种之一。文章详细介绍了纤维素酶的基本概念、主要成分、组成部分、作用机制以及在各领域中的应用,并对纤维素酶的应用前景进行了展望。Cellulase is a kind of important complex enzymes and has great market potentials in many fields, which is one of the main four industrial enzymes. The definition of Cellulase, including main components, parts to build the structure, mechanism of effect and usages in several fields constitute this paper, as well as perspectives of Cellulase.
