外来务工人员低血钾麻痹147例发病诱因分析

摘　　要：目的探讨外来务工人员低血钾麻痹(hypokalemic paralysis,HP)的发病诱因。方法现场调查结合追踪随访,对147例外来务工人员HP的临床资料进行统计分析。结果 Logistic逐步回归分析显示,精神因素、上呼吸道感染和劳累分别为低钾型周期性瘫痪、病因尚未肯定组和大量出汗组发病的主要诱因。另外,夏秋季发病例数明显多于冬春季。结论精神因素、上呼吸道感染、劳累及湿热气候是外来务工人员HP的发病诱因。Objective To explore the cause of hypokalemic paralysis（ HP） in migrant workers. Methods 147 cases with HP in migrant workers of Qiaotou Hospital were followed up and investigated and the clinical data were analyzed. Results The analysis of Logistic stepwise regression showed that psychological factors,tiredness and upper respiratory tract infection were main factors of hy- pokalemic periodic paralysis in excessive sweating group and unknown origin group respectively. In addition,the occurrence rates in summer and autumn are significantly higher than in winter and spring. Conclusion Tiredness,upper respiratory tract infection,hot and wet climate and psychosocial factors are primary causes of HP in migrant workers.
