摘　　要：介绍了注射模标准模架的导柱车削加工自动生产线的组成,对机床的合理配置作了分析,使整条导柱车削加工自动生产线能够合理高效运行,详细阐述了机械手运行的主流程图、机床上料流程图、机械手垛机上料流程图,达到更好地实现车削加工自动化生产的目的。The automatic lathing production line of guide pillars in standard mold bases of injection mold was presented in this paper in details. The production line was composed by servo stacking machine, mechanical hand, positioning stage of workpieces, numerically controlled lathing center, overturning stage of workpieces and manual checking stage. The reasonable allocation of machine tool was analyzed in order that the whole automatic lathing production line of guide pillars could work reasonably and efficiently. For the purpose of better realization of automatic lathing production, the main flowchart of mechanical hand, feeding flowcharts of machine tool and stacking machine of mechanical hand were expounded in details.
